FM provides a wide range of facilities operations and services to the campus community and you can directly request any service related to LAU facilities by using the Online Service Request, from our homepage. You can assign the service request to the appropriate unit and/or trade according to your needs.
Facilities Management will accordingly process each request. The expected response time will vary depending on the priority and type of service established by Facilities Management. Higher priority designations are based on potential damage to University property, fire and life-safety issues, and impact to business and academic operations.

Urgent problems and emergencies:
Urgent matters should be reported via telephone, where FM staff are on campus 24-hours a day to attend to various issues.
