The Project Management and Contract Administration (PM&CA) is the entity responsible for the preparation of prequalification, tender, request for proposal (RFP/s) and contract documents for the various Facilities projects.

It is the duty of the PM&CA to secure the approval of each project’s Steering Committee, the Legal Counsel, other relevant university officials, and the administration for the mentioned tenders and RFP documents. To regulate the relevant practices and processes, a Capital Projects Management Procedure and Miscellaneous Projects Management Procedure were prepared and are being followed throughout all project phases from initiation to closeout.
