Grounds Services is responsible for comprehensive grounds care of outdoor areas and overall atmosphere of the LAU campuses.

Trees and Plants
LAU campuses contain beautiful greenery allowing the community to enjoy nature and peace. Trees and shrubs are periodically trimmed and plants are groomed, all to maintain an attractive atmosphere.

Lawn Care
Lawn areas are periodically mowed and fertilized.

Flower Beds
Numerous flowerbeds across both campuses are seasonally planted.

Plants Nursery
Greenhouse nursery produces flowers and plants for campus landscaping.

Irrigation
Irrigation is carried out by irrigation systems, including automatic sprinklers and hand watering.

Pest Control
Pest control services for campus grounds and greenery.

Athletic Field Maintenance
Athletic field surfaces undergo routine brushing and line remarking in addition to regular maintenance, all to ensure that they conform to standards.

Banner Display
Events banners are hung up as needed, maintained and later removed.

Christmas Decoration
Christmas decorations brighten the season and add brilliance to the holidays.

Grounds Maintenance also provides other services, including fence repair, support for outdoor activities, and for the “Name a Bench” and “Plant a Tree” initiatives.
