Plan, Build, Operate and MaintainIrwin Hall
Irwin Hall is located at the lower campus; it houses the central administration offices, university administrative offices and includes multiple main functions for different purposes (conference rooms, auditorium, lounge, etc.). The building’s facades contain detailed ornamentation symbolizing the region’s historical background, while built-in modern architecture adds more functional spaces. A renovation project to upgrade existing facilities and create additional office spaces is currently underway.

Irwin Hall included offices of administration, auditorium, broadcasting studio, euthenics department, science lab, PE room, student cooperative, an arts-music room and alumnae room (Catalogue – BCW – 1950-1951). Till 2005, it housed the Stoltzfus Library. Today, the building hosts Offices: President, main administration, legal, alumni, development, registrar, admission, budget, finance, business… Innovation Center; auditorium.
The Stoltzfus Library has been relocated from Irwin Hall L6 to Learning Resources Center in 1998-1999. The vacated space in Irwin Level 6 underwent renovation to house the central administration offices that had been accommodated in Irwin Hall level 1.
