Shannon Hall

Shannon Hall, one of the historic buildings of the Beirut campus. The Shannon Hall rehabilitation project was a big challenge, incorporating modern building codes while maintaining structural aesthetics. This building houses faculty and administrative offices and the Early Childhood Center (ECC). The ECC is a historically established center dating back to the 1950s. It coordinates with the Education Department and other departments at the University to offer the most appropriate child-centered curriculum and effective learning experiences based on current research findings. The ECC also offers placement opportunities to LAU undergraduate and graduate students to apply their knowledge and skills in theory and in practice.
